Περίληψη

The present study is focused on structural, dynamical and rheological properties of effectively amphiphilic macromolecular systems at interfaces (nearly two-dimensional systems). In our study we focus on complex semifluorinated alkanes (SFA) with different architectures. The structural and rheological properties of semifluorinated alkanes at air/water interfaces have received attention over the last years because of their interesting film properties for specific applications (food technology, emulsion stability, biomedical applications, functioning of human lung surfactants).
